Pricing & Availability of Goods:

Simlock Communication makes sure that prices and description mentioned the website is accurate and error free. But in some case if something is leftover kindly excuse us. If we find any error in the pricing of the goods, which is being ordered, we will confirm you immediately and re-confirm your order with corrected prices or will ask you to cancel the order and re-order it. If we are not able to contact you, we will consider it as your order is cancelled. In such cases if you cancel, and you have paid already Simlock Communication, will refund of payment done.

Delivery charges will be additional and it will be displayed at the time of check out, in the section of shipping charges.

Payment:

Once you placed an order, you will receive an e-mail for the confirmation of the purchased goods. In the same way, when your payment against dispatched goods is received you will receive e-mail with the tracking information of your purchased goods.

Payment Security:

Simlock Communication  is concerned about the safety and security of its customers, and it is very important to us that our customer’s have the comfort of feeling safe and secure for their purchase with us. Henceforth, we recommend to use our internet payment solutions i.e RAZORPAY that is securely encrypted and transmits payment data and information.

Delay in the Delivery:

  1. If buyer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  2. If some force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war
  3. If any other beyond Simlock Communication control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
  4. Due to the Covid Pandemic and due to absence of complete labour processing as well as shipping time may vary.
  5. We take full responsibility till we hand over the parcel to the courier company and provide you the tracking number, after that if parcel lost or damaged by the courier company we are not responsible for the loss in any circumstance.

Order Cancellation:

If the order is not fulfilled due to any reason then the order placed by the customer will be canceled and the amount used to pay for the order will be directly refunded to the  account of the customer.

NOTE: If the order is below or of 2000₹ it will not be fulfilled as mentioned in website popup as well as at checkout time. In case of such refund, 5% of the total amount is deducted and rest is refunded. Bank may take upto 5-7 business days to credit the refund in account
