Shipping Information

How to check my order status?

In order to check order status simply go to My Account->Orders-> View-> Here you can check status whether it is in processing .If you have paid and its still showing pending payment then just give us a call to confirm your order. 

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

DTDC, TRACKON, ANJANI COURIER SERVICES, ST COURIER. These are the common shipping services. However,  you can also ask for your preferred courier services either via adding a special note( During checkout) or on call.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The maximum delivery  time is 3-4 business days. However due to the Covid-19 delivery time may vary as it depends on various factors. It also depends on the courier service in the city/state.

When would my order be dispatched and delivered? 

As a general guideline, orders submitted before 3:00pm on working days are generally dispatched on the same day(subject to the rush of the other orders already in the pipeline). You will recieve the tracking code around the midnight on the day your order is dispatched. If your order is sent in more than  one boxes, you will receive more than one separate tracking codes.

How Do I Track My Order?

In order to track your order simply go to My Account->Orders-> View-> Here you will get courier service & tracking number. Click on the tracking number and type it in the courier service website to track the order.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Yes. In order to place an order you need to have an account so that you can have a reference of your order as well as for tracking in future.
