Orders & Shipping

Log in to your account and go to Orders > View Order to see the latest status. If your payment was successful but the order still shows 'Pending Payment', please contact our support team.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time are dispatched on the next working day.

Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or weather conditions.

We ship through trusted courier services such as DTDC, Trackon, ST Courier, and Anjani Courier. You can request a preferred courier while placing your order.

Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. You can also find them under My Account > Orders > View Order.

Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible to update your address.

Payments

We accept UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure online payment methods.

Don't worry. Most failed transactions are automatically reversed within a few business days. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your payment reference.

COD availability depends on your location and the products ordered. The option will appear during checkout if available.

Returns are accepted only for eligible products according to our Return Policy. Please contact support before initiating a return.
